| Abstract: | • Monet syövän hoidot heikentävät hedelmällisyyttä. Hoitojen vaikutuksesta on tärkeää antaa neuvontaa. • Naispotilaan hedelmällisyys ja mahdollisuus sen säilyttämiseen arvioidaan yksilöllisesti. Hedelmällisyyden säilyttämiseen tähtääviä hoitoja tarjotaan niitä toivoville. • Miehille on hyvä tarjota mahdollisuus siittiöiden pakastamiseen aina, kun suunnitellaan siittiötuotantoon mahdollisesti vaikuttavaa hoitoa. |
