Abstract: Pseudormonas frederiksbergensis strain 11-D3 is a Gram-negative, nonmotile, aerobic bacterium isolated from a managed maize field in North China. This strain displays high efficiency for solubilization of inorganic phosphorus (P). We present the draft genome sequence of strain 11-D3 with P cycling genes which indicate the presence of a probable mechanism for P mobilization.
