Axel a university professor has gambling debts. Instead of using the money he begged from his mother to pay them back, he continues to gamble.

Axel plays blackjack. He plays very risky, but wins. After that he stops. During the game he thinks about his mother and her help with the debt.
As here a conflict of preferences is shown this scene might be seen as addiction. On the other hand Axel stops to play after the big win out of pure willpower.
