Jean is a banc clerk. A colleague, Caron takes him to the casino and Jean wins a lot. He leaves Paris and goes to Nice to gamble. There he meets Jackie a passionate gambler.

Jean comes to the casino later and gets jealous, as Jackie gets a drink and some money from a stranger. Jean then gets jetton as well and starts to gamble. Now they both win a lot of money.
